If you're looking for something that is well put together and has everything laid out for you (down to supplemental books to read!), this is the resource for you. I'm not sure it was even around when my kids were this age, but I recently discovered it and let me tell ya, it is a GOLDMINE of amazing resources for this age.
It is amazing! She doesn’t just toss out a few photos of a project and simple instructions, she goes above and beyond by providing extension activities, extra facts for you to teach, and more. While not a curriculum, per se, you can easily put together an entire year of Preschool science with this site. The author does a great job of suggesting activities that are age-appropriate and spark a child’s curiosity. I found them to be thorough, easy to teach, and a lot of fun. We used a few lessons from this free curriculum with our youngest.
It doesn’t take a lot of planning or stress to complete science at the Preschool level. At this age science is really all about discovering, exploring, and getting messy! The kids are so curious and fascinated by the things that they discover.
